With over 9 years of management experience, she combines management, organizational and people skills to help Cadbury continue to evolve to meet the changing and individual needs of our residents and families. As Associate Executive Director, Julie’s primary focus will be training, recruiting and implementing key policies and procedures.

Erika Gethers has worked at Cadbury Commons since 2017. After graduating from Newbury College with a BA in Hospitality, Hotel, Restaurant and Service Management, she began her career at Cadbury as a Reception Manager and was quickly promoted to Senior Concierge. She was then promoted to Director of Memory Care Activities based on her experience as an event planner for her company and her love of working with the residents of our dementia care community. Erica is now excited to expand her role to become Director of Archives Services. After three years in the industry, Erika has found her passion for seniors and especially those with various forms of dementia.

Since diving into the industry, Erica has taken opportunities to learn as much as possible. For three consecutive years, he attended the Map Through the Maze conference with the Alzheimer’s Association, where he learned about the various aspects of Alzheimer’s disease, staff and activities. She continues to learn more about the aging process, the different aspects of Alzheimer’s and other dementias, and the best ways to engage loved ones in group classes, Montessori activities, and direct interaction with our staff.
