About the recipe: Lindsay’s Original in Vanilla Buttercream Her recipe calls for 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. If you omit the rose water, increase the vanilla extract accordingly. I’ve found that with my particular brand, even 2 teaspoons gives the buttercream a subtle rose flavor, so I guess that can vary. Gradually increase it.
