The first step to using DocuSign in Frazer is to register to use DocuSign. According to its website (http://www.docusign.com), DocuSign offers a 30-day free trial. Now is the best time to find out if DocuSign will work for you!

Once you have registered with DocuSign, you will need to install the DocuSign printer driver. I was able to find the “download” page by logging into the DocuSign portal and clicking “Need help getting started?” the button. (Scroll to the bottom of the page, look in the middle.)

2. Switch to the DocuSign print driver, select the DocuSign file package, and then “print” the remaining documents.
With the DocuSign driver selected in the Frazer printer settings, open “Forms Print.” From there, simply select the form you want to send to DocuSign and select “Publish” below.

At this point, you can add more documents to the “envelope” by repeating the printing process in Frazer, and selecting “Print to the end of the envelope” in the DocuSign print dialog. (Do not click finish in the next queue until all documents have been added.)
Once you’ve added all your documents and you see them listed in the DocuSign queue, select “Finish in DocuSign.”
After selecting “Finish” in the DocuSign print line, you will be redirected to the web portal.

Note that by clicking on the text “must sign” you are given the option to add recipients who have received a copy of the document but do not need to sign it.

Most of the documents that you will send to your customers will probably only need a “signature” or “initial”, although there is a possibility that you can ask for names, companies or dates.
To add a signature line, find the appropriate line on the prepared form, click “Signature,” and drag the signature box to where you want it to go.
By clicking “send” the prepared document is sent to your client. Your customer will receive an email asking them to respond to the document.

By clicking on the “review document” you will guide the customer through the signature process. Once the customer has signed all documents, you will receive a notification in the “submit” box on the DocuSign portal.
